I thought the location was great for meeting up with friends from the A1. i found the on-site parking very convenient. It was free too. the pool was great. I used it both night and morning!
The radiators in my room were honestly very noisy. they actually woke me up several times during the night. i noticed our shower had empty shampoo bottles. They were left in there by a previous guest.

amazing staffcomfortable bedgreat sparelaxing massage
i stayed two nights and used the bed and breakfast package! this included a three-course evening meal in the carnelly restaurant. the staff were really nice. lesley at the bar was lovely and made sure i got the sandwiches i wanted. the spa experience was great! the massage by chloe was professional and relaxing.

i had lunch with friends there and shannon looked after us so well. she even found us a quiet table , a gesture i appreciated. two of us ordered the chicken burger and it contained a perfectly cooked chicken breast , a pleasant surprise. the meals arrived together and were served on hot plates , i find this important.
the pool area could use updating , but it did not detract too much from the experience.
